LKG-CMC, Inc. (LKG) is a comprehensive program controls and document control/configuration management consultant with extensive experience in complex transit, highway, public works, education, airport, and other infrastructure projects nationwide. Founded in 1987, LKG maintains a corporate office in Glendale, CA. Currently, the firm has staff assigned to over 30 project sites across the country. LKG is certified as a DBE / WBE / SBE firm with over 65 agencies. The firm continues to be involved in developing and implementing state-of-the-art management systems necessary to control complex efforts.

The LKG-CMC staff consists of over 50 capable, experienced professionals who provide the hands-on assistance and expertise to achieve the goals set forth by its clients. Over the past five years, LKG staff has worked on more than 60 projects, including transit, railroad, airport, bridge, dam, water, sewer, highway, and facility projects. The services provided include document control, configuration management, scheduling, cost estimating, cost control, design review coordination, CADD design and control, change control, quality auditing, safety certification action tracking, RFI and submittal processing, and tracking, DBE plan development, specification development, technical writing and policies, and procedures development.
