Café Selmarie

Café Selmarie is a contemporary American restaurant and bakery in the heart of Lincoln Square, Chicago, since 1983. We are open for online ordering, carry-out, and delivery! We’ve got breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, plenty of bakery favorites, and even beer and wine to go. We’re also making a selection of family dinner packages for two or four people.

At Café Selmarie, Patio tables are first-come, first-served and cannot be reserved; if you arrive for your reservation and there is an available patio table, you are welcome to choose it. We no longer require proof of vaccination for indoor diners.

Indoor and Outdoor Table Service

We have a limited number of tables available for indoor and outdoor table service. The Party size limit is six people; we accept indoor reservations after 3 pm. If you arrive for your reservation and there is an available patio table, you are welcome to choose it. We are not able to make exceptions at this time.

As of Tuesday, June 28, we no longer require proof of vaccination for dine-in customers.

We strongly encourage you to continue wearing masks at the bakery counter and when interacting with our staff, and our team will also continue to wear masks. We believe this is the best way to keep Café Selmarie safe and accessible to everyone, including those too young to be vaccinated.
