Learning Analytics Group, LLC (LEAG) is a comprehensive research, evaluation, assessment, and training firm specializing in providing and explaining relevant and reliable research-based information and assessment data that informs policy and program improvement. A W/MBE  (Women/Minority Owned Business), we are a cooperative of social scientists, educators, psychologists, computer scientists, and business consultants.

Research & Evaluation:  Our research and evaluation plans and data collection instruments and strategies are designed to help our clients strengthen programs, identify effective practices, measure outcomes, and guide strategic planning, fundraising, and decision-making. From beginning to end, LEAG works side by side with foundations, institutions, and state, local, and federal initiatives to design and carry out services to meet organizational and policy needs and goals. Our thorough work empowers our clients to understand what works, what doesn’t work, and why. We listen and work with all stakeholders to generate formative and summative recommendations that are consistently recognized for their relevance and practicality.

When a full evaluation plan is not required, LEAG provides component parts, including:

  • Survey/Instrument Development and Distribution
  • Big Data Analysis

Assessment: Our assessment work includes expertise in using standardized and trial instruments to assess the quality of education. It also includes health environments, along with individualized student assessment, to generate reliable, time-sensitive data on individual student needs. Additionally, specific instructional strategies for growth and analysis of change.

Training and Participatory/CAFE Evaluation: Our training workshops and materials are designed collaboratively based on the needs of clients. Our training portfolio includes on-ground workshops, online groups, and individual training. And the development of written materials that translate complex, technical vocabulary into access.
