In 1995 Vasile married his wife, Liliana, who joined their team and managed their office. Liliana graduated from Devry University in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Operations and Management.

In 1998, they started their first condo development with a 20-unit gut rehab and conversion. More followed, adding up to over 545 units and single-family homes.

In 2003, Liliana Lohan established Lohan Realty, which bought, sold, and managed multiple-family buildings, commercial properties, single-family homes, and condominiums for multiple clients.  In the first seven months of business, Lohan Realty had over 28 transactions, which grossed over 6 million dollars in sales, and in 2005 was awarded the Chicago Association of Realtors Bronze Sales Award for selling over 23 million dollars of real estate.

During this time, Liliana Lohan worked directly with developers, investors, municipalities, buyers, and sellers.  Becoming a fully integrated company together with the various construction and management experience of the Lohan Realty teams, she developed the capability and experience to successfully oversee each project individually by finding the property, closing the deal, assisting with on-site floor plan design, pulling permits, managing the construction process, selecting finishes, staging, marketing, and ultimately, selling or leasing the property(ies).

With over 40 years of national and international experience, Liliana Lohan has acquired the necessary foundation and know-how to provide quality construction and project management services to maximize the value of the client’s investment and assets. Her integrity and commitment led to the new venture of Luxe Construction and Development, Inc.
