MacCallum Consulting is a federally registered woman-owned small business (WOSB) and NYS Certified Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) that provides government contracting, compliance, business strategy, and community development consulting to small and large businesses, nonprofits, and government clients. MacCallum Consulting is a woman-owned small business with over twenty years of experience in business development, strategic planning, and marketing; fifteen years of government contracting within the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. Experienced with all facets of business development, sales, marketing, compliance, contract management, procurement, communications, and strategic planning with firms in sizes from 5 people to 10,000.

Extensive experience with federal (DoD, FHA, FEMA, DOE, GSA) private, commercial, industrial, education, municipal, and governmental clients within the architecture, engineering, construction, and hospitality industries, including strategic planning, teaming, capture planning, proposal management, and client cultivation. Experience managing all facets of business development and marketing departments for national and international companies with offices worldwide. 
Responsible for securing over $2B worth of contracts for construction, design, and environmental remediation projects.

Experience developing and managing over $100M worth of community and economic development projects, including project development, program management, grant writing, and financing, including historic preservation, multi-family housing, and infrastructure projects.

Assist in developing municipal comprehensive plans, Local Waterfront Revitalization Plans, and economic development plans.

Experience securing and administering federal, state, and local grants for programs for various community, non-profit, and economic development projects with a success rate of 67-85% consistently over ten years. Experienced managing multiple multi-family and single-family housing projects.

Familiar with various project delivery methods, including P3, JOC, IDIQ, MATOC, D/B, and adapt build and extensive knowledge of federal regulations regarding the 8(a) and 8 (f) business development programs.
